I too have had this same problem. A pity, I wanted those shoulders

trying to complete the first collection for sunrise, and can’t find the rescue quaggan event for this one. The wiki says it triggers after the Blood Witch, but i’ve done the blood witch a few times and there has been no successor event?

is the wiki wrong, am I wrong or is it bugged?
