I’ll keep this short.

I’m finally at a point in the game where I can buy a full set of gear for my character, however, I’m unsure as to which build I should go for whilst playing WvW.

Here are the two builds I have my eye on:

Condition build: http://en.gw2skills.net/editor/?vJAQRAsf5enUJCtki9kCmkCEliFjA7d4ucfuIjgVwyzIAsBzZA-TVDCABIYywP9DV8AASwE2WKFUVJ407Pop6KJpkDgDCAWKDyUlCLODAkC4UxWA-w

Berserker build: http://en.gw2skills.net/editor/?vJAQNAneRnMdAVhgdhAmkCElilqA790maftK9gYXOApA0ACAA-TVCHwAPVCC4BAY4EAEWfwgjAAQlfd2fov6PEOEABAQAuZb2m3MwQH6QH6QHa38mD9mD9mlCIwtWA-w

My question is for someone like me who is say… an average skilled player, which build in your opinion(s) would be best fitted for me? All opinions welcome, and thank you all for your time.

The main selling point for a lot of people originally was that Guild Wars 2 had dynamic events as opposed to the traditional questing structure, and that it had a casual flair. The casual flair doesn’t exist in this expansion when it comes to PvE, and I think that might be something that comes back to bite ArenaNet in the kitten . I honestly don’t think I’ve seen anything like this before… a game that was so painfully casual and easy, then do a complete 180° and become totally hardcore. I just wish there was some middle ground between the overtly simple original content and the full-on hardcore new stuff.
