I know that my suggestion is not a very good way to change. But if you really care about these problems, plz don’t just criticize my suggestion, but help to give some better solutions. We are here to give suggestions, not to criticize each other.
Most ppl who come here to give suggestions do realize the shortness of the game, not just bored to post some random stuff.

First of all “noob” is considered derogatory by many players. As in, “LOL noob”.

Second of all new players have just as much right to play all the game content as you do. If you want to improve your game play when you are in WvW with new players perhaps offer advice and try to help them instead of complaining about how you don’t want them in the same part of the game you play.

Lastly, your idea is flawed. A new player can easily level up to 40 in a few hours with crafting. This will not change their skill level. A level 80 may have only been playing for a week and not know much about WvW. There are plenty of players that have been around for a while that still play irresponsibly.

Gating game content from a select group of players because you don’t like the way they play is a bad idea and selfish.

1, I apology for saying noob.
2, What’s the problem to set a limit? Does ’’limit’’ means unequal? What about let level 1 player use level 80’s armor? There is not exact equal or fair stuff in the world and in the game.
In dung, it has level requirement. Do you think players should have right to choose what level of dung to play too? Maybe you don’t like WoW, but in that game, the battle ground has level requirement. Which means my suggestion has precedent. If you think in other way, level requirement is a way that try to give players a equal chance to fight. Many level 80’s player tried so hard to level up and get good armors to fight in wvw, at same time, level 20’s players can also come in just make few damage to touch every foes, and also get loot and exp. But they probably dont even know what water field is, what blast is when commander ask for.

I don’t refuse that after maybe level 40, when they know more about their class, they can come in to learn how to fight in wvw. I think too that they should get some help from ’’old’’ players to learn wvw, but they should prepair themselves too. Why not help and care about each other instead of only ’’old’’ playsers help them? Is this fair?

Btw, no one can tell what ’’equal’’ and ’’fair’’ is exactly. This is philosopher’s job to discuss. But this is a game, Anet should consider most active players feeling, coz they are earning money from these players.

3, But in the craft leveling, you have your point. There are some ppl level up by crafting. But most of these ppl knows how to play this game atleast, or they know to check on internet how to play this game. A level limit can not stop all unskilled players, but give them some hardness or difficulty.

Lastly, if you did not play alot in wvw, you’d better not to criticize in this problem. You don’t know how much wvwer’s care about the maps. You don’t know how much time they spend on this. Commanders try to encourage ppl when they are few agains zergs. They try to lead ppl for more than 6 hours. They try to wake up at 1:00 to lead the night capping. Scouts sacrifice all their farming chance to do very boring jobb, to keep all towers safe, roaming groups try to escort dolies and camps no matter how many times they been farmed. Then when commander leading a small group try to take a keep when opponents zerg is away, some unskilled player attack the gate to alert opponents. And they tried so hard to build up golems, then you see a spy take the golem to jump down from hill, and you can do nothing.
There are many scouts and commanders feel upset after many bad things happened, so they left wvw. Thats why i want to post something try to make some changes. Look at your world bonus you get from wvw. Who care about wvwers? Who is selfish?

Now ppl can get in WvW when you build up a character without any limit.

Spy is a problem which make wvw lovers crazy, and low level noobies really playing irresponsible, and commanders can do nothing about these.

1, If Anet set some limit for exemple ‘’minimum 40 level to get in wvw’’ will decrease some spy(it’s hard to eliminate all spies. If they insist to spy, they have to level up in this server, and pay more to level up. He probably get some friend in this server by leveling up. maybe they dont want to spy their friend anymore.)

2, And WvW is not a place for you to level up.

You have your point. But i believe there must be a better solution. I just pick this topic up. I do hope there is a good way.

It is obvious that in big servers, they mostly have many ppl doing night capping, which is unfair to many low populations servers.

Its true that we can’t get a absolute equality, there are low and high populations servers.

But here comes a very negative effect now. Many players don’t sleep to earn more points for their own server from 24:00 till 7:00.

It does big harm to their real life. For example some ppl who is going to work or study next morning, they still want to help in wvw at mid night. But this is also their own choice sometimes.

(Me is one of these ppl. I almost don’t sleep every night to join night capping these weeks. Becouse i want to help seafarer rest to reach higher ranks in wvw. There are some commanders who are very nice persons and very responsible for wvw, make the night capping group. I felt greatful. After 2 weeks night capping, i know this is a slow suicide. Some of these night capping players becomes my friend, i don’t want to see them harm their health for ranking. )

So my suggestion is just an example: you can reduce half points gain and lost or just stop points gaining from 24:00 till 7:00.

I think if you agree and going to do something about it, you will have better solutions.

I do hope that ppl playing this game for fun, instead of harming yourself for wvw rankings.
