Are you trying to sell directly from your bank slots? For me, I cannot sell from my bank slots directly, but if I move the item from my bank to my inventory, I can then sell using right click.

I used two repair canisters successfully on 11/17 in the Dredge fractal, and luckily we did not crash.

Same thing happened to us on Saturday 11/17. The funniest thing is that if you jumped off, the “Interact” icon appeared very briefly as you fell past the hammer, so we all kept jumping off to try picking it up mid-air a few times, but that did not work either.

I forgot to take a screenshot though, and am glad you did. Did you already submit a bug report with the screenshot? I was about to log one but did not have a screenshot to show it, so yours would be a more compelling case.

Normally the hammer after the bearer falls show ups on this altar, which it did the first time but not the second time. In that same run we also had a second bug with another party member showing up as dead off the map (so we could not reach him) but on his screen, we were standing right on top of him and couldn’t revive him.

It was a pretty buggy night… this was after we had already restarted on our second fractal after one party member got stuck in the reviving position during the rolling boulders phase. Amazingly he was not being run over by either boulder in that specific spot but he couldn’t move. He ended up logging out before we realized there was a bug that disconnected party members can’t rejoin the fractal instance.
