Its a problem that came back with the latest patch nothing to do with your machine pal.

constant loading screen needing a reboot but anet wont fix it, its been around for 2 weeks now.

he can’t get into game. its not happening sometimes. yea i get too these infinite loadings but rarely

what is your graphik card? if you have an ati hd 4000 series or older ones, the latest drivers are 12.6 or 12.8 i dont remember but try first 12.6. the newer may cause these problems on that cards

try to repair the game.
Right click on your Guild Wars 2 shortcut and select ‘Properties’.
In the ‘Target Area’ field you will see the location of your Guild Wars 2 executable file:

…\Guild Wars 2\Gw2.exe

Write the desired command line arguments after the quote marks, each beginning with a space:

“…\Guild Wars 2\Gw2.exe” -repair

this happen with other games?
you have all the drivers up to date?

i have an ati radeon hd 5700 series and the memory clock is at 1160mhz.
try to put your to 1200mhz
