Guild Wars 2

This guild sound promising.. may I ask what time zones are most people from? What time is the guild mostly active?

Me and two other friends are looking to join a fun, casual, closely-knit guild. We’re in our mid 20s and play at least once every other day. We’re in tarnished coast and are all level 80 but we’re not extremely hardcore or competitive in any aspect. We’re just looking to join a fun guild with a quality group of people that we do dungeons/pvp/wvw/explore with.

We’re looking for specifically a guild with:
- mostly adults
- active guild hopefully at least 10-20 players on during most times
- casual, fun, easy-going and talkative members (guild chat that isn’t a ghost town!)
- voice comm (mumble/vent) would be awesome
- we’re located on the west coast so there’s a preference for that as well

I’m a D/D elementalist if that matters. I’m trying to get into PVP but I noticed that I’m getting destroyed every time I try to play it. I’m completely unfamiliar with enemy abilities so I don’t know when to dodge and how to counter certain moves. I don’t really know how people are strategizing so I feel like I’m running around spamming skills and dying.

Is there a good way to ease myself into the whole PVP scene? Any useful readings available to look at?
