If someone AFKs (i.e. just logs off or just stays in loading screen), does he/she still get the daily? This is ridiculous!!! 3rd time in a week or so we get this daily, and 3rd time I get stuck in a team that’s 4v5 and all three times it was close despite it.

Maybe Anet puts a bot in purpose? To mess up the MMR?

After a month of conversing with support, I’m pretty sure they are unable to ascertain much less fix the problem. Has anyone been getting this error and found a fix?

“The error that you reported was 42:0:9001:4418. Normally, this indicates some kind of adware/spyware or other program conflict. These programs often try to intercept or modify network traffic causing problems with your connection to our game servers. That said, we already did a Clean Boot which should catch those types of programs.”

I’d just like to shed some light on this login problem that people have been having. I myself have experienced this in increasing severity for the past two weeks. Basically you can’t login despite trying for a couple of hours – and while trying logging in people see you as online. When you do get the chance to login, party chat, guild chat, friends list and the likes are not working and you’ll eventually disconnect from the game a few minutes in.

The worst part of this issue is how the support that comes from the GMs are generic with no effort whatsoever being put into it. Again this is a login issue and one of the responses to my request was “Restart the game and see if this resolved your issue making a purchase.” SERIOUSLY?

If this is currently unfixable, let us know. The problem comes from your side!

11 days and this is still a recurring problem. Is this an unfixable problem? Anet should have the decency to tell us.

I am also getting this error for the past two weeks which has caused me to be unable to login. If I am able to login, the following are not working at all: party chat, entire guild interface, friends list, LFG etc.

I have already sent a support ticket but so far I’ve been given generic “solutions” which, when executed, are worthless and cause me frustration.

Any news from Anet on how this can be fixed?

Is anyone else having a problem with their rewards bars? I have mine activated (I even changed tracks to see if the bug is related to a particular track) but after 10 games or so the rewards progress is still not moving…

I’m pretty happy with the look although I’m still looking for an alternative shoulder armor as well as dye combinations.

I’ve been having this same problem for the past 3 days but here’s the catch: it only happens with one of my characters such that I can play my other characters (i.e. my main character – a Sylvari Mesmer).

I was first given this solution which worked for a few hours:

*Please go to your shortcut for Guild Wars 2 and right click it and choose properties.
*In the line that says Target, add a space at the end of whats there and then -prefreset
*It should look something like this: “C:\Games\Guild Wars 2\Gw2.exe” -prefreset

I hope this gets fixed ASAP since I’m missing a lot of events with my Mesmer
