I don’t know if the new build a little while ago addressed anything on the mac client side, but call me crazy when I saw that performance improved a bit. Granted I am still playing with all settings on low on a pretty nice system, but it does seem better.

Yeah, I installed the client and all my characters were there from when I was using PC. So it’s not an issue.

I’ve actually had a similar problem in all mmos I’ve tried with wrappers or wine.

Actually, the game looks pretty kitten good. The problem is that the client is in beta and you can’t turn the graphics up to enjoy that. Hopefully in time it will get there.

I’m on a 3.08 Ghz i7 with 24 gigs memory and a gtx 580 and I have to turn everything off to get it with no jerking when I spin the camera or move. So, no, probably not. Sorry to tell you that.

I can run at 50fps but ONLY if I turn everything off and everything down. And this is on an i7 3.08 ghz with a GTX 580 and 24 gigs ram. The client still needs work. I had hoped for a native client and not a wrapper, but it is what it is and we’re lucky they’ve put a few devs on giving us this. This brings me one step closer to not having to go back to Windows.
