Speaking on a personal basis, i returned this week to gw2 after a 4 month break, being all about wvw thats where i headed upon arrival. What i found out was no picknick .

I saw that TC has achieved a substancial coverage across all zones, they can field over 40+ peeps at any given time and across diferente maps. This shows that they have been able to secure either transfers or more players interested in participating in wvw. Kudos to TC.

This and the fact that KN has been absent most of the days, made this entire week about TC v FA, because we are not able to field similar numbers, our chances didnt amount to much. Nevertheless we were out there giving it our best, i am glad to see the FA spirit still lives.

With such inbalance the best and the worst came up, we saw players show high sportsmanship and respect for their oponentes, and we also saw those that feast on the humilliation of others, i would like to believe that this are the excpetion to the rule.

Having this said, and considering the numbers fielded this week by all sides, TC’s score is simply the result of massive mumbers and all around good coverage, its a well deserved victory tho it was a huge pain. I lost count of the times i was demolished by that zerg that seemed to be everywhere. Maybe T1 is the place for TC now.

To all FA that gave it all, and never gave up, nice to see that fire still burns.

I am not making excuses. I really don’t care if we’re losing. Just like you are sick of excuses, I am sick of people from your server pretending you’re “above” the “underhanded tactics” from other servers. So let me flip your question back at you, why would Drgn resort to spying on us?

Edit: I also wouldn’t have said anything if you weren’t being so self-righteous, because we actually don’t care that much either.

All I did was point out the obvious of FA not needing to resort to such tactics and also that I’ve personally never come across any these exploits being used by FA. If you took offense to that, I don’t know what to say.

As for an answer to your question:

As a regular commander in Drgn, I can tell you that if we have people spying on your mumble it’s for their own humor, not for tactical purposes. Or possibly for our humor. I’ve heard people talk about this, but we haven’t had active spies since Pending was around. Even then, it was because Pending enjoyed the social aspect of the game… recruiting/spying/guild amalgamation.

As much as you claim there is no one on your server that would resort to spying, I have a hard time believing that. When we moved our golems from our spawn to behind the windmill (you guys owned the south camp btw) 5-10 Drgn came running at us. If you didnt resort to spying, i would love to know what kind of scouting you guys have so we can also use that on Mag.

I am a Drgn commander and i can tell you we do not resort to spying on your voip, as strange as it may seem, i would say you guys were in the wrong place at the wrong time.

Its been a fun week so far, kudos to MAG and DB.

To the DB forces that have been defending their bl today, kudos to you guys, you have been doing a very good job.

In fact i have had the toughest day in wvw since i became a commander, every time we fliped a tower or a supply camp there you guys were turrning it back again, i have not managed to secure a proper foothold in your turf today, granted that the numbers i had were not that great, but it serves as no excuse, you guys have been fierce fighters, my respects to you.

your timing as been very good, and i even tried to get you going from one side of the map to the other, and still you guys pulled it off.
