Also cannot purchase node from Anlana. I have all the other Living World and HOT nodes. Had similar problem with the petrified wood node when it was introduced.

I re bought Recipe: Legendary Inscription from Grand Master Hobbs and it fixed the problem

I have the recipe for Friendship. The recipe for Visionary Inscription should be included with the purchase of Friendship from Grand Master Hobbs. But I did not get it.

I have all the ingredients needed to craft Friendship (including what is needed to craft the visionary inscription) but I do not get the option to craft the Visionary inscription part so I can complete Friendship.

And I am using my Weapon-smith, as required. Also checked my artificer and she cannot craft the Visionary inscription either.

I have been trying to do the Meta Event in Dredgehaunt Cliffs, In Pursuit of Knowledge.
But, for the map I end up on, it seems to never go in order of events listed in the wiki and there has never been a Glorious Chest appear after defeating the Commissar.
I have tried in vain to do these events in order but the Commissar always seems to spawn prematurely leading me to race to the wp and to get a hit on him before campers do him in; or he does not spawn at all (to be fair I have camped it too out of frustration). I have not been able to do the events in order as at least two of them seem to be going on simultaneously making things confusing.

Does anyone have any tips to help me get through the meta and actually get the glorious chest at the end? Is this the way this meta is supposed to operate or is it bugged? If its bugged is there any way to unlock it or restart it? Im finding this meta event needless frustrating.
