This idea is a fine solution to the problem of zone underpopulation.
The only fix I can imagine that would work as well is if there are daily bonuses for exploring and questing inside a specific zone. (I feel it would have to be something significant, like +50% Karma, Exp, and Magic Find, plus a quest and rewards).

I accidentally spent my tokens on a medium armor item instead of a heavy armor item.. Now I am not asking for a refund of my tokens.. but there should be a system in place that checks your characters armor class and compares it to the item you’re buying
If the armor classes aren’t the same there should be a confirmation popup to let you know… Either that or you guys need to make it so that the items bought with tokens are account-bound and not soul-bound..
I did my first few rolls of about 56 (reqlevel 80) rare staves… not a SINGLE exotic…
The only reason I even considered it was because I had heard the odds were about 1/6 to rank up to the next rarity. CLEARLY this is not the case… I wish there was some transparency about these “undocumented changes.” I could have saved myself a lot of gold and grief.
Yes, something has to be done. If you remove admin lower ranks from a higher rank people begin to ask questions… Its hard to promote someone while not demoting them in other ways.. (if that makes sense)
