Mine too. MBPr 2012, got 100% frame rate on medium settings (no reflection). On low setting (post processing and shading set to low) got 60+ fps. Previously 60+ was impossible with everything set to low.
I am having the problem. Same as BGrennsle.
Pretty sure it’s a bug, the first dialogue windows didn’t work and replaced by 2nd dialogue window.
