Hello, I’m really getting annoyed to see my brother account logged in and being used. Could you please ban this account until i get the ownership back or refund me back the cost of the game. It has been a week, yet we are still awaiting for the account to be returned. I possess all the credit card information, the serial number and the old email address of the said account. Is this really that hard to give it back and make sure whoever stole it gets ban?

Edit: By the way i bought this account for my brother, this is why i am ragging hard in the chat ^^

Edit 2: My brother told them the account was stolen 1 week ago, they send a email saying him to try to login with the same email, but the email was changed, and the guys never suspended the account, the support never sent back a email to help out.

I am pretty desapointed about NCSOFT security breach, My brother got hacked as well, and i got hacked as well, they got our password and account name from SOMEWHERE INSIDE the website due high security breach, I dont know what they are waiting for to give back player account, It been 3 days my brother lost his account and they never reply, I am getting lots of stupid hacked account GOLD SELLER spawn in my email in-game, instead of working on stupid ingame exploit work on getting people account back, I seem angry still i am just pretty desapointed and i would have expected more form this compagny. It came from somewhere inside the website eh? What you talked to the guy that hacked your account? What do you and your brother use the same computer? Yes? Most likely a key logger on your own computer.

i would say i am my self a programmer and my brother better then I am, we dont have a key logger for sure. The only way all this hacking could be possible in a week was to get a direct access to the data base. Over thousand of people lost there account, not only hundred, anyway i wish they get everyone account back correctly.

lol good luck i think there is over 10 000 poeple who got stolen haha anyway they dont give a … about it so i would clearly tell you to wait a week or 2 so they can hire people to anwser the ticket they got
I am pretty sure it s almos worst as SONY security breach, they must all have accest to everyone credit card number. They hide it so people dont get nervous about it, they try to remove the blame from the faq they got hacked directly inside the data base haha anyway i wish you all get it back, and i wish it to my brother aswell, same thing happen to him
