Well, my friend hasn’t decided what to buy at the moment but this depends on your answer.

Hello,
My friend got the following message from support (this is an excerpt):
“At this time, we have reviewed your account and have decided to release the account to you. The serial code has been permanently disabled as a result of the purchase using a fraudulent credit or debit card or stolen PayPal account.
I would suggest contacting the seller from whom you purchased the code for a full refund, as they sold you a code that was purchased fraudulently. I would not accept a replacement code, as it will likely be another stolen code.”
And for confirmations sake he has some inquiries that needs clarification:
1. He assumes that this would mean that he can access his account and his characters with a new game key from an authorized source, correct?
2. If the answer to the previous is yes: His previous closed key from the fraudulent source was for a deluxe game key, if he bought a standard game key how would this affect the account and the characters?
