Guild Wars 2

signet mastery in the earth trait does not seem to be reducing the cooldown of signet of restoration.
does not say anything in patch notes about it, except for the passive heal being reduced.
maybe im missing something?

hi iv just hit lvl 80 and new to guild wars but i have plenty of mmo experience, im looking for a active mature guild that run dungeons and do some pvp.
my char is a elementalist and thats my only char as i like to put all my focus on to perfecting it.
im on the ring of fire server and dont wanna change servers as i have a rl friend on the server.
