The fact remains that it is fully possible to train up jumping ability and as such this is basically a non-issue. Especially since it is permanent.

If you’ve ever had to play on the most minimally capable computer, you would know that jumping ability isn’t always trainable, it’s a software issue.

The skills timeout within like 30 seconds or something if you don’t get a new crystal. I think that’s what happens anyway.

I have the same problem and it’s extremely frustrating. I’ve already ragequit after 5 minutes in Dry Top because I can’t get anywhere. I think it’s extremely short sighted of Anet not to give us users with less capable computers a way to get around without the Aspect crystals. I’d rather get frustrated over a jumping puzzle than the lightning pull not going where I’m targeting.
