nope nada , nothing in e-mail, added support@ ,guildwars.com : guildwars2.com : ncsoft.com still trien to figure , gem purchases, game udates , verifications from different computers comethruogh . but not the most important e-mail of them all..
Also added as of 12/20/2013 a @cox.net addy extra support ticket 185007 hoping it help with the comunication in e-mail response,

didn’t recieve the repy on the 11th, the auto came throught on the submit day of the 9th fine . so kinda stuck at what to do .. but thx for the reply
