It’s part of the death penalty. Nothing will happen if you are downed, but if you are defeated, one piece of armor will be damaged. Just like in PVE.
However, you also get loot from enemy kills (bag appears at your feet), so you can get money from PVP. Just like from PVE. So try not to die too much, and remember to loot bags, and you are good to go.
This is so discouraging. Didn’t make nearly as much as I spent on repair bills. Now I’m at level 43 and don’t have hardly any money left. I play a warrior and it’s tough with them in PvP.
This is very disheartening. I think I might just take a break from the game for a bit, I thought it was a bug.
