Also having this issue, never had it before.
I just logged in for the first time today, haven’t joined any parties yet but when using the LFG tool I’m unable to join because “You have joined too many parties recently. Please wait a moment before trying to join again.”
Add me to the list.
It has made world events like Teq impossible. Even with graphics set to best performance there’s a 30sec-2min chat lag and skills just blink. Then I disconnect. Reconnect and put on overflow map… far fewer people, but lag remains though to a lesser degree.
