this is the same problem we had before release.
anet would bring hype in these bursts and then for a long time there would be nothing. you can’t help but wish they’d at least balance the information they give us. I can deal with boring drivel about stronghold champions but at least balance those filler articles with bigger pieces i.e. specialization reveals or other big things. i can’t deal with these huge spurts of information where I’m super hyped, followed by these dry spells where the information comes at a trickle.
come on, anet. you’re killing us with the start-and-stop hype train

I was reading the other thread on starting areas and I got the impression that no new personal story content will be added when HoT drops. Especially not for the revenant, which seems like quite a missed opportunity. I’m failing to see the logic when they literally didn’t exist until after Zhaitan’s death, which is exactly what the personal story is all about. I mean I guess some starting areas are relatively time neutral (I.e humans vs. centaurs[unless Logan is no longer around :/]) but not the sylvari starting zone which foreshadows killing the shadow of the dragon which ALSO occurs before the existence of the Revenant. I guess I’m just wondering how this is being dealt with? Are we as a revenant remembering the things which happened before we entered the mists? But then we wouldn’t be able to use our revenant skills because those skills didnt exist yet
Literally so confused and hoping there’s an elegant solution for this if, indeed, no PS content is being added for the revenant.
