help, my game launcher ‘freezed’ at 0% although downloading process has been completed. I tried to close and reopen the game but it shows the same result.

ever since the last update, I have been experiencing a crash issue a lot of times. I am not too sure what is the primary cause of this but I have not experienced this many crashed before the update. to be more specific, I first got crashed when I was doing Fractal of the Mist. It crashed again and again like 3-5 minute after I relogin to the game. Apparently, the game will just crash on whatever I’m doing too, even when I was just chatting. this is the specification of the mac I use to play gw2 currently and it has the latest software update too.

Please help me with this crashing issue, I don’t think my guilds were happy when I just suddenly crashed out when the game without notice. please fix this
