Which authenticator are you using, if it’s the mobile one, you actually just need to enter 2 codes from the mobile auth. Get one, wait for it to refresh enter that one, and click unlink it will work.

I’m using the one on my desktop. I don’t know how to unlink it. It’s not showing any codes.

Hi. I would like to report that my monthly has been reset for reasons unknown. I have completed the “monthly group events” and “monthly masterwork crafter”, and I was at tier 3 of 4 in “monthly champion slayer”. Earlier today after I updated the patch, my monthlies went down from 2/4 to 0/4. There were 2 new monthlies replaced with my already-complete monthlies, and the “monthly champion slayer” totally vanished from the monthly achievement panel. Can ArenaNet please help me attend to this issue as soon as possible? Thank you.
