also they emailed me a coockie cutter email with no help. thanks!!!

Will they be able to retroactively restore once its in place? Because about 8 golds worth of stuff is gone forever and it discourages me deeply after having played GW1 since its launch and never being hacked then now this…

Got my home world transferred to Euro Whiteside Ridge or something also

So I was just hacked. I have previously read about the security stuff and no I did not have the same password for my email and my guild wars game. I did not ever validate my email however until tonight when it would not allow me to play until I did so. So following this rule I validated my email address and guess what? I was hacked within a few minutes of logging on…this just does not make sense to me and rather pisses me off. Maybe check this out???
