2.Yes I set this to Prefer Maxiumum Performance.
3.Yes
4.No, any background task or application don’t hogging CPU.

My card is running on 2.0×16.

Hi.I have problem with my FPS in Guild Wars 2.Im played on medium/high on the Radeon 6670 and I had 30+ FPS in Lions Arch and I had more outside of town 40-50+FPS. I changed my card on GTX 660 and now I have only on low graphic settings 20-24 FPS in LA. Outside of town I have more FPS but when I turn the camera my fps decrease. I wrote to support but their tips didnt help me and they stopped contact with me. Maybe someone can help me?

No idea with the first one but oneknife did you reinstal windows after switching cards? I know you can use driver sweeper etc to get rid of old ones but its not always an option. I had to reinstal whole windows when i upgraded to 12.11 from 12.10 ati otherwise the system was hella unstable even after i used driver sweeper and fusion in safe mode.
