The weapon doesnt fit with your armor. Wrong colors, wrong style…
And only flame gloves ? Should add more flame / blast armor pieces or pick no one at all. Need some work

Warriors needs to be impressive, strong, fierce.
Doesn’t fit with vegetables (sylvaris) or those sort of tiny excited yoda (asura).

Human can’t stand in a fight with true power and agressivity of Norn and Charrs (talking about warrior, not guardian. Norns and humans seems to be awesome guardians).

Charrs don’t even need weapon to eviscerate someone

another way to keep fury. And a skill that is a whirl finish. Seems better in PvE but still a decent choice.
you can choose either in off hand a mace (vulnerability seems better with an axe in right hand, but you’ve got a KD) / sword (another way to keep blood + a block. meh) / shield (stun and block) / warhorn.

Warhorn, in WvW, seems to be very interesting.

Use some transmutations gems. You’ll got the skins and the stats you need
