OK, guess we were able to resolve this. We both logged out completely and then logged back in and the problem was gone. Ignore!

I’m trying to invite my wife to party with me but we both get this “player is already in another party or guild” message when trying to invite or join. Neither one of us is in a party currently, we’re on the same server standing right in front of one another. Help!
