Fractals weapons are too rare and too random, you can get one just by chance and it might not be the one you want…
Fractal weapons need to be perstigious and rare so I suggest you to either make them craftable with some kind of a recepie that will require grinding or to make them purchaseable for lets say 50 shards or 50-70 daily relics.

Hello everyone,
I’ve been working on my WvW Warrior build quite alot and I need your help upgrading it.
NOTE: On this thread I will share my build with you, my “must be in this build” + the full gear im currently using.
P=Power
Pr=Precision
T=Thoughness
CD=Crit. damage
This is my build (Traits + utilities only):

Strength:
Using II – for the bonus removal
15 points because of the “burst skills restore endurance”
Arms:
IV – for the momentum, simply after using my hammer adrenaline’s skill (3s stun) the 50% chance is great.
Defence:
I – because im using the burst skill alot and need full adrenaline for it to be fully effective.
X- the foe will be disabled alot and the hammer is a huge part of the burst.
Tactics:
I- for the 1s immobilize- this will cause pressure (from my own experience)
Discipline:
VI- will be explained later on this thread.
15 points for the weapon swap wich you’ll be doing alot.
Gear and Runes:
Armor- Chest and leggings will be berserkers and the rest will be knights.
Jewlery- Amulet and 2 rings with P\T\CD and the earrings knights\berserkers.
Weapon- P\T\V or P\Pr\CD for the hammer and knights greatswored or knights Axe\Shield (Those stats are really important).
Runes- Full Lysa’s (main reason for it is the condition removal).
routine:
For Axe\Shield:
Offensive- skill 2 for the vulnerability, spam 1 to gain adrenaline (hits pretty hard too) and skill 3 to immobilize\ cause pressure on your foe. skill number 4 to stun and get the extra damage\stop the foe’s burst\prevent him from using his heal skill.
Deffencive- skill number 3 to slow down the enemy and skill 5 to block and get away
Greatswored:
Offensive- the GS got the best gap closing abillities between all the warriors weapons! skill number 3 for the damage and evade (LOVE this skill !) skill number 4 to immobilize and cripple, skill number 5 to close the gap and to deliver a hard hitting attack.
Deffencive- skill 3 to evade and to run away, skill 5 to run away and skill 4 to (yes -.-) get away.
Hammer:
This is the main weapon for this build, the routine is this: after you gained adrenalline you will switch to your hammer, use balanced stance and use hammer skill number 3 for the long ranged immobilize >> use your F1 (burst) skill >> skill number 2 (great damage) >> skill number 5 (knockdown, Glass cannons are down at this point) >>skill number 4 (knockback) >> Bulls charge > switch to your axe for the F1 or greatswored for hundred blades >> Fear if your foe is trying to heal >> finish him off while in fear (spam skill number one with your axe/skill 3 with your GS) >> Stomp!
NOTE: I have managed to win with this combo in a 1v4 (!!!) fights.
Ok, thats my build BUT I still need your help!
These are my “must be in this build”:
-30-40% Crit chance without fury.
-above 1750 thoughness.
-3000 or above attack (thats 1900~ power).
-20 in the Defence trait and 15 in the Discipline trait.
Other than the listed above requirments you can change everything (Including runes).
Please explain why you changed whatever you have changed!

Unfortunately, there’s not. You’re stuck with whatever faction you chose for that character, and since all the armor is soulbound once you purchase it, it wouldn’t work to make an alt join the order of whispers either.
Actually, this does work rather well.
1. I ran an alt up to around 26-27 and joined the Vigil (I wanted the leather pants).
2. As soon as I joined, I was able to run out to the vendor and buy the pants with my Guardian (who can’t wear armor of that type, which is important later).
3. Used the lowest level character I had (I’m cheap :p) to buy the cheapest ‘white’ leather legs I could from an armor vendor in a city, and threw it in the bank.
4. My guardian picked up the white pants from the bank, and used a ‘Fine’ transmutation stone (since the source is a level 80 item), to transmute ‘only the look’ onto the white lets, keeping the stats of the white legs intact.
Two things to note here:
1. You are allowed to transmute things, apparently, using a character that could never use those items because of class restrictions.
2. Even though it warns you that the resulting item will be soul bound, the item I received was ‘account bound’. Whether this is a bug that will be patched later or not, I can’t say, I did this less than a week ago. It would be a shame if they did, I can’t think of any reason to put in such a punishment. They got me to spend money, what do they care?
5. Put my new low level ‘account bound’ white pants in the bank (with the look of the Vigil legs).
6. Login my Ranger, pick up the ‘account bound’ white pants, and used a ‘basic’ transmutation stone (because I was not level 80 at the time and wanted to put them on the pants I was currently wearing, though I know I’ll need a ‘fine’ when I eventually morph them on my final Exotic armor) to apply the look to my current legs.
7. Result: Whispers top with Vigil leggings.
