Also getting this crash with same crash log. Just got a crash 5 minutes ago. Been happening for the last three days.

No I don’t get it every time. It tends to happen only when I play for an extended period of time. If I log in for say 15-20 minutes I don’t get the crash. Could be a memory leak introduced after the patch.
Or possibly something to do with the Windows 7 updates from April 15th. A few updates for .Net framework 4 may be causing an issue.
All I do know is that it isn’t driver or hardware related as event viewer doesn’t report anything, and I have tested everything on my side.
The graphics glitch could be just an issue with being in large groups. I was doing a SW train with almost 100 people. I tend to get skill lag and delay during world boss fights which many others have reported recently. Could be related, who knows. Found another thread from March with a few people experiencing these lines appearing on the screen.
These symptoms began to appear after the April 14th patch. First is the crash when closing the client.

Spend a few hours checking everything. All hardware components are fine, no corruption of files, software etc… Other games I play have no issues whatsoever.
Eventviewer shows no issues after crash. Leads me to believe it is a client issue.
Now the graphical glitch. When in large groups in Silverwastes, the string on characters bows are left behind and appear floating in the air. They look like artifacts but upon zooming in you can clearly see it’s a bowstring. Sometimes there is one and other times there are a few depending on how many players are on the screen. Never experienced this before , been playing for almost 2 months now. GPU temps are very low 55-60F on load and my card runs other games fine. Latest amd drivers installed .
Ran a repair and did a full reinstall didn’t fix anything. Noticed a few people in another thread experiencing the same crash.
Was questing in Frostgorge Sound before the March 31st patch and had no issue. The day of the patch, I updated my client and when I logged into the game and starting playing, I noticed that the footstep sounds on my Ranger would cut off randomly when moving around , about every 15-30 seconds. All other sounds work (music, weapon sounds, etc… )
After some testing, it seems to happen in areas with alot of activity. I found a quiet spot with no mobs, quests, and ran around for 10 minutes and the footstep sounds never cut off. As soon as a enter a busy area with npcs, mobs, hearts, etc… it begins to happen sporadically.
Messed around with audio settings in game, in Windows 7, nothing helped. I tested a dozen other games on my PC. None of them have this issue.
