Each time your client is launched, it loads “US” keyboard layout. I don’t have it in my layouts, so suddenly I’m having 2 keyboards for English locale. That is messing my keyboard shortcuts. It adds a stupid icon in my language bar. Please stop loading arbitrary layouts on my system, or at least unload them automatically.

I am not joking. Either find some qualified tech support personnel capable to troubleshoot my issue, or return me the money I’ve paid for a game which doesn’t work properly.

In their last message tech support agent has blatantly lied to me trying to shift the blame for its own incompetence. That is definitely not a level service I expect for $50 product.

Your technical support refuses to give me information which is needed to troubleshoot my issue with the Trade Post. Either fix my issue or give me refund. I have not paid $50 for a game without the working Trade Post.

Your “tech support” has just wasted 18 days of my time and closed my issue under false premise. They not even tried to troubleshoot my issue.

That is not a kind of service you should get for $50.

I want my issue solved, or money for the game refunded, as it is impossible for me to play satisfactionally without Trade Post.

Do not buy this game. It has aged badly. Wait until a trial longer than a week is available. If you made a mistake and bought it, ask for refund immediately.

I have a similar issue with TP that the Tech Support cannot resolve for a WEEK straight. Either they take care to fix it or give me the money back.

Each time the game starts it loads the US keyboard layout even if it is not installed. This layout remains loaded until logout. There is no need to do this.

You can still write in Korean and Japanese with a large, bold font. Cyrillic letters do not differ in the metrics from latin ones.

In-game font does not have Cyrillic glyphs and cannot be changed to one that has them. That creates much frustration, and should be addressed.

I trust my retailer, which does refunds on other online games. Either it singles out GW2 or arenanet does discriminate buyers from my country. Given my experience, that is the latter option.

Still, the issue is that Arenanet denies refunds on a country-wide basis and does not warn users from those countries.

ArenaNet purposedfully denies refunds to certain countries.

It does not warn about that during the account registration, despite country being specified. Or anywhere else.

When registering a game, there is no warning that no refund is possible in certain countries. That is very misleading and need to be fixed. Also there is nothing to indicate that some countries are excluded from refunding on the game box too, so you cannot just leave it back unopened.

Since the purchase of the game I’ve never been able to take advantage of the auction. All Auctions tab window shows all load indicator and nothing more happens.
How can I fix it?
