I’ve dropped a ticket now, will keep updated

So at the moment I am unable to enter dungeons through the pop up message ‘Join your party in the…dungeon.’
I click accept but it won’t pull me inside, and approaching the entrance of the dungeon itself seems to start a new instance asking if I would like to start exp or story mode, or with Fotm what level I would like, not would you like to join your party.

I have tried exiting and re-entering parties, relogging and rebooting client, wp-ing in and out of zone but cannot gain access. I’ve tried this in CoFlame, CoEternity and Fotm with the same result each time.

Any suggestions to fix this would be amazing, thanks.

Same situation, no reward booted after all the work!

Myself and my SO have hit a bizarre log in issue. We loaded up the launcher for the new event and both keep getting a message saying the connection has been lost with the server. The launcher did fine at patching, and we are having no issues with the internet. To make matters more confusing my SO’s brothers account in the same household is working fine on his and our computers, yet ours won’t work on his.
After a minute or so at log in we get a 7:1000:7006.737 message. “the game client lost connection to the server. Please wait a few minutes and try again.”
We’ve restarted, reset, redownloaded, password changed and sent off support tickets, I was just curious if anyone else has hit this issue over the past day or so.
Last night after trying to log in for two hours I managed to get on but was booted after 5 minutes saying the server connection had been lost and then was unable to relog.
Anyone hit this problem or have any ideas for help?
