I did notice it and i did read all the replies at that time i uploaded my topic.
My topic is a suggestion. The thread you linked, apart from the opening of the author and 2 or 3 short replies that included some more specific suggestion details, is more of a “i wish”, “i don’t think so”, “i’ve seen it before”, “le me cry about it” discussion, which is ok, serves it’s purposes, but not considered by me a suggestion topic.
So, did you really not notice the difference between the two topics before making your comment on my noticing ability?
In my opinion, my thread shouldn’t be merged with the one you linked.

Synopsis

I would love to see a system where players could alter between different builds they like to use with the press of a single key.

Case

I have a thief. Currently i’m running him with valkeries and few berzies for damage. i tried many dmg builds and from time to time i want to try new builds. In the past i had tried a condi build. Recently i wanted to try for fun the condi build again, but found it too boring finding the correct items again in the thief’s inventory or in the inventories of alt characters. Not to mention changing the trait lines and skills.

Suggestion

• There is a special bank space (account accessed), lets call it Builds Bank Slot, where a player can store the armor and weapon pieces of his choice that can be used in different builds.
  alternative: If Arena doesn’t want to implement the storing of armor or weapon items in a special account accessed place, it could be done using only the available items stored locally in the char inventory. The drawback in this implementation is that account bound items would still have to be moved first through the common account bank slots to other characters before they are used by the alt toon, as we do today.
• In the Hero panel, the Equipment and Build tabs could be merged in a single tab, lets call it Builds, and in that tab there could be 2 (or even 3) subtabs-panels where the player will be able to configure 2 (or 3) different builds (items, trait lines and skills). The player, if wishes so, will be allowed to use the same items-pieces across different builds, as long as these items are in the special account accessed slot (or just in the inventory of the toon).
• A boundable key (keyboard or mouse), lets call it Build Selection, will allow on press and on out of combat mode to instantly change to a specific build.
  alternative: Instead of using 2 (or 3) different keys to change builds, just 1 key could be used to rotate-roll through the available builds.

Senario

I’m having fun roaming or zerging with my dps thief. Suddenly, my guild fellows want me to follow them in a small group with a poison share build. Instead if telling them to wait for me for 10 minutes to change my gear and settings, i just press the Build Selection button till i find the desired build i stored-saved in the Builds tabs and i’m ready to roll. All i have to do is to keep the proper items i want to use in that build in the Builds Bank Slot.
