Our guild is “Semi-Hardcore” and nurtures an atmosphere where everyone does what they love and loves what they do. Every member is here because they want to be here. We believe that teamwork, communication, and having a solid membership base is the key to a guilds success. And because of that, we provide a great website and Teamspeak 3 server that our members are free to use anytime they wish. The website and Teamspeak 3 are very important because it helps us communicate and coordinate with each other. Because our membership is mostly adults 18+ (with a couple exceptions), there is profanity used at times. As long as no one is abusive, racist, or discriminating against another player, then profanity is allowed. WarCry wants to provide the very best it can to its members.

The staff is comprised of the Viscount (Leader), two Councilors (Co-Leader), and Magisters (appointed Officers). Everyone on staff is REQUIRED to have Teamspeak 3, do their jobs with great integrity. No one on staff will ever be just a title holder. Officers are expected to know what they’re doing and be able to deal with deal with situations at times. Leadership and Staff are here for the members. We will do our best to make you your best. Anytime there is an issue, you can rest assured that staff will deal with it.

MEMBERSHIP DEMOGRAPHICS & REQUIREMENTS
The ideal member WarCry is looking for is someone strong minded, mature, a no-nonsense person, is serious about what they want and believes in what WarCry stands for and truly wants the guild to succeed. By being semi-hardcore, we will have some casual players but majority of our members should be team players, able to follow instruction, and ready to do what is necessary.
The Leadership and Officers of WarCry will does not and will not babysit anyone. Lazy, free-loading, and uncooperative players who are only here for themselves will be weeded out. WarCry is here to make waves and achieve greatness. Our basic requirements for membership are below:
• Age 18 and older (exceptions made on case-by-case basis)
• Teamspeak 3 (only required for doing big guild events)
• Registration on WarCry Official Website
• Willing to follow instructions
• Represent WarCry 100% of the time (loyalty is a must)
• Remain active (unless on LOA)
• Remain social with each other
• Have a sense of humor; people person
• Willing to be part of a team
• Watch out for each other
GUILD EVENTS
Every week, the leaders or officers will post events on the calendar located on the main website. It is on each member to be proactive and check the website each day for any new events posted, recent guild news, or major announcements. Although participation in each event is not required, if a member signs up or says they will participate, we expect those people to show up unless they notify someone on staff prior to the event. We will be involved in:
• Dungeons
• WvW
• PvP
• Map Completion
• And any other ideas for events
