It seems, in general, I can only get this sigil to trigger 1/2 of the time. As a necromancer, my recharge on my weapon swaps is 10 seconds, so applying two of these sigils to both of my sets should trigger this sigil every time i swap while in combat.
This morning, in the regular environment (not dungeon or fotm), i cannot get these to trigger at all while in combat. Been playing for a few hours and nothing so far.
Maybe I’m doing something wrong?
