Is the 24 hour name reservation still valid? Today I created a new character, then I deleted it because I wasn’t satisfied with the appearance and when I recreated it and got to the character name it said that the name was invalid. Sure enough, I log in with another character, try to add to party the name I had been using less than a hour ago and the name is now being used by another account.
Is this a bug or is this is how names are working now, so that anyone might steal your name as soon as you delete your character?
