The reward for the Hylek Collection (Recipe: Hylek Maintenance Oil) only brings up the option to Destroy it – you cannot double-click to learn it or select “Use” to learn it:

(And, since someone will ask, you can unlock the collection this through a Hylek Tongue drop off a hylek – I found it in eastern Metrica).
