Guild Wars 2

It definitely looks like mist form, but the problem happens whether I have it loaded up as a power option or not.
Consdering this just started happening an unspecified number of days ago, and that might be when I bought mist form… now I’m wondering if the bug is in that power.

I’m theorizing it may have something to do with my mist form cantrip (since it looks a lot like this when triggered.) I never actually fire that power off, but maybe it’s engaging when it shouldn’t.

I couldn’t find any similar bugs in search. Here’s my experience:
1) Get defeated
2) Struggle back to life
3) If enemy is still alive, then instead of my powers reappearing like they used to last week, I stay in this weird halfway state — see attachment. It ends up looking like a connection problem or network lag or something, but it happens every time.
4) Get defeated over and over (probably) because I can’t use my powers.
5) My powers reappear immediately once the enemy is dead, either through my own rock-throwing efforts or killed by passerby.
