Guild Wars 2

Hello,
I have been playing the game since late beta and though I play on a fairly good system I’m afraid I’m having a problem that I’m not certain how to fix. I’ve done the suggested changes in the “FPS issues” sticky and nothing has changed. So I’ve come to ask for any other suggestions (beyond getting a new system because that’s not an option).
My problem is this: about 75-80% of the time I get 60+ fps. In the world, in cities, with large crowds or small, in intense combat with spell effects, etc., it doesn’t seem to matter. However, completely randomly, I will occasionally drop down to 10 or less fps, sometimes as little as 2. It does not appear to be connected to opening my map, nor am I in combat, it happens when I’m alone in a personal instance, when I’m in a city, when I have background programs open and when I do a fresh restart and only open GW2. My significant other plays the game right next to me and he never has this issue, so I know it’s not our internet which means it’s something about my computer.
I’d appreciate any suggestions!

I would very much like this option, even if it were just for town clothes. I love the customization already offered but I don’t see why (either lore wise or aesthetically) one wouldn’t be able to have a character that can wear multiple types of armor. As far as WvW goes, honestly, if you have time to evaluate what someone is wearing I’m impressed, I haven’t had a second to consider that kind of thing in the matches I’ve been in…

I think having a separate kind of transmutation stone for this would be a neat idea, though I wouldn’t be averse to paying for it in gems/gold (whichever).
