So how many days of having an opened ticket before an e-mail to get back into queue?
And when was this e-mail sent out? Today? Yesterday?
Over 100 hrs here (going on 5 days tonight), not sure if I’m considered an “older ticket or newer” at this point.

How about a secret question or two before changing an account name/e-mail? I doubt that woulda broke the bank…

E-mail changed without permission, hacked/ locked.
I closed the first ticket as I typed it franticly while in the middle of being hacked Thurs morning and replaced it with the one above with the correct info.
I have to say, it’s been a horrible experience having this happen while you’re playing. – the feeling of helplessness as you see the message “a user has logged into your account from another location” as you DC to login screen. Then racing to change your password only to see “This e-mail address doesn not have an account”. Worse still is getting that e-mail from customer service letting you know your e-mail was changed and they “hope it was you”.
Having no personal update for days burns just a little more since I witnessed it live – it’s like screaming for the police since Weds night.
I know your all doing what you can, so thanks in advance.

I keep coming back to my PC to check for an update – It’s late here on the east coast, but I’d love to know if they’re working on these tickets 24/7? Thru the weekend?
The generic e-mail from Lance did more damage than good getting folks hopes up that it was their turn in the tickect que… give us some sign of life with the customer service dpt. please.

Pretty much the same here – was was pretty excited to see a response to my ticket from “Lance” but it seems he never read the ticket (I realize it’s prob an automated response, but seriously, it now has a name generated)
The e-mail was exactly the same as the auto reply going out today when you make a ticket. None of this works however if you have had your e-mail changed on you.
Again, because maybe it’ll help:

Is there a way to make this self help address this issue or am I waiting in line? Because under “update account settings” it looks like it accepts my e-mail, but when I login I get the “E-mail address was not found” error
