I have played and rooted for this game from the beginning – I also played gw1. I recruited friends to play this game and occasionally buy gems.
I keep TRYING to see the light in these updates that can be insulting, but this is really bad. It comes across as a BLATANT money grab. Let people convert the amount of gold → gems they want.
You need to address this.
