I have been exploring Plains of Ashford and according to the http://gw2cartographers.com/ there should be 18 Waypoints, but instead game tells me there’s 19. I have been looking for the last one for quite some time now and still no idea where it might be.
Is this a game bug?
Please help me. :P

Me and my Girlfriend came to a conclusion that it’d be awesome to see your back items in the character menu, especially with the upcoming event “Dragon Bash”. I’d love to be able to login and see my Asura with wings equiped.
What do you think about this?

i think the real reason is because GW2 is already a CPU Hog and adding capes will require more CPU cycles because the ‘’ Cloth simulations ’’ movement is done on the CPU and this will make the game lag even more …. could you imagine a Jormarg event with everyone in capes ?? i don’t want capes ….

The flag pole style is an answer …because its a fixed cosmetic item

Not if u pre-do the capes so it’s the same movement all around, not being randomly generated by engine.

Well … they’re hanging half capes on sticks that protrude from your back in the next update.

I am aware of these banners that will come in the next patch, but this is not what I ment. I am looking into some old fashion GW1 Capes.

Any updates on capes Arenanet? I remember back in GW1 capes were a huge component of the game. Would be really nice to have them back.

It’s seems like it’s been resolved few minutes ago. Hope that wont happen again any time soon. :P

Hey Anet or anyone else familiar with this error. Been having it from time to time. What it causes is me not being able to join or invite anybody to my part group. It also affects my Guild, it shows that I am alone, it’s like I’ve been the only member when I am 100% sure I am not. This also affects the guild chat which I am unable to use.
As I’ve mentioned I had this problem from time to time, sometimes it comes back to normal sometimes it takes a little more have it back to normal.
I am sure it is not on my side. My network is up and running stable and I am having no problem with anything else that requires constant connection.
I also attatch a screenshot of the error, just to make it more clear.

If anyone knows anything about this issue, please, let me know.

Hey everyone.

Just couple minutes ago I was enjoying a new content of The Lost Shores untill game decided to crash.
I was forced to restart the game and launch it back again. Unfortunately, when I click on the character I want to play, game stucks at loading screen. I cannot play my doll right now, which is a bit sad. Is there anyway to unstuck my character, move it to more stable location e.g. Lion’s Arch?

Like having one of the Elder Dragons attack one of the major cities – like Jormag could attack Hoelbrak or Kralkatorrik could attack Black Citadel. And having like Leaders of every Tyrian Order take their most elite soldiers and would go to the attacked city and would fight the Elder Dragon. These events could happen like every month and they could somehow change the look of the cities (destroyed/breached walls, destroyed building etc.)

Personally, I dont think that would work. Events would be quite demanding and hard to make them look epic with the way the engine works right now (optimalizatoin).
Secondly, look far in the future, if events like these would repeat themselves and they would cause cities to brake down, there would be nothing left out of them let’s say after a year or couple.
Gotta think about that too.

Power
precision
Condition DMG
Does anyone know a vendor in Orr that sells them? I mean the ones who sell items for 42k karma.
Also is it possible to change statistics on the piece of armor?

I have a question regarding Jewellery. I was wondering if it’s possible to craft exotic rings, amulets and accessories, and if so, how or where to find the recepies.

Hey, due to my late night I forgot to add few things.
Bigger health bars above enemie’s heads: I think making them bigger and slightly more vibrant would be easier for players to look at and spot out weaker ones.
First person camera: camera likes to act crazy when you happen to be in really tight places, I think that first person would solve it. Also I would love to zoom out the camera a bit more, an ability too see a bit more would feel amazing, where this close make me feel a bit claustrophobic.

I thought I might share some of my thoughts on things that could be implemented or improved. I can tell, that I have this feeling that Anet is already working on these, but I got this urgent need to share these suggestions with everybody. So without further a due lets start;
Trade between players: I think this is quite obvious, this will make easier to trade between friends and guild mates while far away from the TP.

Glow around items stored in the bags: different colour glow around the item that is in our bag. The colour would depend on the items we currently have in our bag, for example, blue item would have blue glow/frame and so forth.

Previewing items at TP: I think that seeing things before buying them would be an awesome thing to do. We could see how certain piece of armor, or a weapon look on us before we actually buy it.

These are few of my suggestions. I know these might be quite common issues that people already listed, but please excuse me if that reappeared before.

Can someone explain me how rune system work in GW2? I mean the ones you put into your armor/weapon to gain additional stats. For example when there are listed (1)(2)(3) with different benefits next to them and how to fill them up.

Hey Anet,
I found a bug with the skill point East of the Temple of Balthazar. To be more precise Me and many other players are not enable to start the fight with the Skill Point creature, it simply does not respond to our intentions to talk to it.
I think it’s the problem with it’s chat poping up.

My traits focus on Fire and Earth and yes I do use Staff, but I still think that Elementalists are a bit weaker than other classes.

Does anyone else have noticed that Elementalists are quite squishy and very easy to bring down? Whether underwater or on the land it’s really hard to stay alive while more than one opponent comes by.

Asuras are too stronk1!!
