I returned after not playing for several years. I forgot character names and login info. I sent email to customer service and they remedied the problem within 3 or 4 days. Good luck.

Agree with MrFayth. And turn off the high res char textures.

Ok, I run the same video card but have a different chip. I use an AMD FX 6300. I play at the same resolution with all settings set to High with a few exceptions.

1. Shadows is set to low.
2. Post processing is set to low.
3. Character model limit is set to Medium
4. Character model quality is set to Low.
5. Vertical sync is on.
6. High res character textures is off.

There might be other things to note but my fps hovers around 40+.

What resolution do you play at?
