Where does the event ‘Escort Historian Vermoth to the Altar of Tempests’ even start? Wiki has nothing and everyone tells me something different or thinks Im talking about Lyssa?

Is it uncontested anywhere at the moment? Or failing that, where does the event chain start?

I’m on Underworld if anyone has any specific info about the event being broken there too.
