I cant even get the “Allow New IP” page to work, i click the link i get in the email, go to the page click “Allow” and I get an XML error.

yeah this is one of the worst flops since the d3 launch

a few of my friends did charge backs since they are tired of hearing nothing back on support issues, and then if they did hear back, have support reply with something that dosent even pertain to the question asked…

I hope this gets fixed cause im on vacation for the next few weeks out of state, and cant play with any of my friends.

I get the same error when i try to approve an IP…

I am trying to play from a new location, and my IP is different.

I get the eamil, and click the link to go to the website to approve it, I hit approve and i get an XML error. I tried it in many different browsers, and different machines, still same error.

from what i see there are many people who are waiting 10+ days and nothing…
most people are doing a charge back due to these problems not being handled.

I typically play from another location, but I am on vacation in another state and thus from a different IP. I got the email where i can approve the IP of the new login attempt, but when try to select “approve” and “remember this location” from the web page it says something about an XML erro.
