I can tell you what happens now, I had the same error, your accont gonna be banned and you will have to buy new serial code and you will probably have to start with new account, nice ehh?

I got the same situation, after 2 months of playing my account is banned for payment fraud, not my fault at all because I bought the game form seller. Now I’m waiting for response from support if I can get back my account with new serial code, but I see many people waiting over 2 weeks for answer this question and nothing. Now I lose upcoming event. I won’t buy another serial code until they get my old account back because I wasted too much time for it. I must say that support in this game is terrible and I see things like this first time in any game, I’m starting regret that I buy this game…
