This game has the potential, but unless anet puts the work into new permanent content, I can’t see it going much further.
I know they look at the forums, they know people are getting tired of LS and want expansion type content.
Personally, I think GW2 has the potential to be the best mmorpg game ever made, but large content updates NEED to be added. I like the living story, but the constant mini games, and few monsters that they temporarily bring will not ensure the longevity of the game.
I would love to see the other maps of guild wars 1 in guild wars 2.
They are actually going through with Ascended Armor?
Posts from a few months ago suggest they are, I saw one where one of the game developers said it may be here in may or june, though I doubt it, but still expecting it in the future
As I’ve seen from other posts, and moderator comments, ascended armors and such is coming. I feel that it would dire to make ascended gear tradeable on the black lion trading company, or gold will become worthless. The whole point of gold is to earn it, then spend it on the best possible gear, but if you can’t use gold to get the best possible gear, whats even the point of gold anymore. That is just my two cents on ascended gear.
Keep up the good work Arenanet!
One of the big problems in this game is fps drops in big battles, the fix is making a toggle that allows you to hide all players(except for their names) and all of their animations. This is sort of done in WvW, but it doesn’t hide your own team, so you can still get major fps drops.
Just a suggestion!
I like how the pvp is done in this game, It has a lot of potential..
I recently started gw2, and I made a pvp ranger..well the 3 games I played, I won all 3 and had most points on team
The pvp is good, but needs a lot of rebalancing
My necro is not nearly as good :\
Best part of guild wars 1, is that it was rather balanced nicely, I could make some cool characters. The game is young, and it won’t take a ton of work to balance, so I have hope.
