is there any way of fixing this issue of me being “banned” from buying gems OR the expansion? no method works and its so unfair since i dont live in an area that i can buy the expansion, gem cards, or anything related to the game other than the ORIGINAL game, please Anet, fix this for me, i wanna buy the 100$ expansion

well i was trying to buy gems and saw that it kept saying unauthorzed. sent in a support ticket and was given the answer that it was permanent. i know that it is not permanent as i have read of others getting this fixed, now why are you not fixing my problem?!?! wouldn’t arenanet want more money from me?!?!
