Hi,

Seems like how the tool belt recharge rate passive trait is calculated have changed and the change is not in the patch notes.

Before:
Throw Wrench 20s * 0.7 = 14s
(100% – 30% = 70% = 0.7)

After:
Throw Wrench 20s / 1.3 = 15,5s (15,384s rounded up)
(100% + 30% = 130% = 1.3)

Calculating by the old way it means post patch its only a 23,07% reduction.

Is this intended?

Ran into this when I was trying to get GW2 to work with Wine/WineSkin and its a Wine problem and it seems like ArenaNet is using a custom Wine for OS X. Cut&pasting inside the same Wine instance works but not from native OS X.

Doubtful there will be a fix for it :/
