Hey guys, I cannot seem to get anywhere when trying to purchase gems from the Black lion trading company, I have tried using Paypal and my credit cart, but neither seems to work ? Is the system down or something?

Last week I finally crafted my Meteorlogicus, and I love it ! I was just wondering why there is such a lack of effects compared to other Legendary Weapons, I’m not complaining but is there a reason ? Will there ever be more effects for the Meteorlogicus and some other weapons? What are your opinions on this weapon.
