Can we please have an offical response ? 10g is not a small sum to most of us !

the weird thing is that why they have not done urgent maintenance yet ? lots of people are going to exploit this and further more people are going to get scammed..omg

What are the chances of getting an offical reply on this ? It seems that the GMs rarely reply to threads in this section at all..

Do you guys think they are going to refund us ? Can you imagine those that used REAL CASH to buy the gems and then they convert it to gold, just for that box ..

I am totally furious ! This is the reply i got back from support :

“Please be aware the support team is unable to perform restorations or refunds at this time.”

Like Orton said in his post, it is a CRIME to sell item A but it turns out to be item B, but why Arenanet is able to get away with this ? I really need some response from the GMs here please ! 10g is ALOT of money that took DAYS to get !!

man, i highly suspect that it might be the same guy that keeps selling this and trying to “scam” us all..

I am sorry but yes that may be too strong a word to use, but I am feeling really terrible right now and I have never felt such feeling before after playing so many MMOs.. I definitely cant sleep tonight and I am going to have a ****** weekend…

What is worst is that I filtered in TP based on “lv80” and “exotic” items, then i typed in “Draconian” in the search box. I was looking to buy some 80 exotic pieces, then the TP showed me a bunch of draconian exotic pieces together with this box, so naturally I would think that this box contains a set of those exotic pieces !

I already opened it and it gives me 6 pieces of rare armor that only cost less than 3g total. All my guildmates told me that they thought “box of berserker’s draconian armor” definitely contains a set of berserker’s draconian armor. I have the evidence as it is shown in my bought list in TP.

10g is seriously hours of hardwork and I really feel that I am not totally at fault here…and even if I have not opened I am not going to “ripoff” others by putting it back in the TP. I really respect this game and community alot, please can give some sympathy for me here..
