Lag spikes, skill lags, character flashing after running. Impossible to play at all

Have same problem with item “Permanent Trading Post Express Contract”.
I fear that i lost 300 gold for it. Please help us ANet!

Also i noticed that i have same problems in other online games. May be its not ANet problem…

Kill him solo with my thief. It takes arond 25 minutes. Have no sreenshotes ;/
